Easy workout

  • Jumping jacks – 30 sec

  • Step-up onto chair 15

  • Push-ups 5

  • Abdominal crunches 15

  • Plank 30sec

Note: Repeat the above set of exercises times.




medium

if the easy workout was too easy for you, try the medium plan, which should help you break a sweat.

  • jumping jacks 30s

  • push-ups

  • superman 15

  • lunges 16

  • cross-arm crunches

  • knee push-ups 10

  • side plank left 20 sec

  • long arm crunches 16

  • side plank right20 sec

Note: Repeat the above set of exercises 4 times.
